I made a few baby cards a while back, but I realized I had not posted them.  Here's a cute card for a girl.  But this would also make a sweet valentine card if you changed the greeting. 
I used the Hearts a Flutter Framelits and Stamp Set for the banner, love how they coordinate together!  Plus I used 3 different Embossing Folders, love the texture.
