Fun with Punches

I just love all the punches Stampin'Up! offers.  My punch class featured some of these fun punches.  Here are cards from my class, and then I wanted to share some other fun card ideas too.

Contact me for a kit of the cards from the punch class.  You get 6 cards in the set for $12, plus shipping.  Card stock is scored and punched, plus the Big Shot work is done for you too.   Do your own stamping and have some great cards to share.
Tammie's Punch Card Class
Do you see the sparkle on the pansies?  I used Shimmery White paper with my aqua painter and ink refills to color them.  Use two butterfly punches to make the flower.  How cute is that?  Plus to make it easier to mail, I used the new rhinestone Jewels for the flower centers.

More ideas for punches on your cards...
First the two-step bird punch
I think my favorite new punch could be the owl punch, or maybe the bat, or maybe...
Close up of the owl in the grass card.  I sent this cute card out to a few customers.  I just love the punches.  Punch 3 times out of 3 different colors and make 3 different owls just like in the Thinking of You card.
Supplies used:
Stamps:  Inspired by Nature, Hello
Cardstock: Crumbcake, Chocolate Chip, Cajan Craze and Whisper White
Ink:  Crumbcake, Chocolate Chip
Punches:  Owl, Scallop Oval, Large Oval, Oval

Order your supplies by going to my website here, and click on shop now.

This sundae card was an idea right out of the magazine that demonstrators get, Stampin' Success.  I had so much fun making this one last year I had to include it now.

Sweet Cards

Here are the cards from my Sweet Treats Cards class.  I loved the fun cards, and did you notice the food theme going?  I got the fun idea for the Ice Cream stand card from a fellow demonstrator, Lorri Heiling, her card was featured in a recent issue of Stampin' Success.  It's a magazine that you can get when you become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, and it's filled with tons of great ideas to help and inspire you.
The smore card came from some different ideas I saw on Splitcoaststamper.  I loved the bite out of the corner.  The sunflower card features the sweet treat cup.  Because the oval punches make a lot of layers I used my Big Shot with the Movers and Shapers die to punch out the circle.  It has a slide in the back to take the treats out too.

Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Card
Supplies:
Stamps:  Sweet Scoops (Summer Mini catalog)
Card stock:  Whisper White, Pretty in Pink
Ink:  River Rock, Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip
Word Window Punch, Scallop Edge Punch

If you like that ice cream stamp set, you'll have to order it from the Summer Mini catalog before it's gone!  The Summer Mini catalog ends August 31, 2010.  Click here to go to my website and shop now.

Starting out

My first blog and I am so excited to share my stamped projects with you.  As a Stampin'Up! Demonstrator I just love handmade projects, and sharing them with others.

I attended the annual Stampin'Up! Convention in Salt Lake City in July this year!  What a fun way to spend time with friends, looking at tons of new ideas, winning free stamps and other prizes.  You get a great bag, stamps and make-n-take supplies when you attend.  But there are always chances to win free stamps and other products while you are there.  I won a great Christmas bundle from our new Holiday mini catalog including fabric, stamp set and wheel.  It was 4 days of fun girl time for me!  Contact me about joining my group and join me for convention next year!

Check out new ideas from myself and other demonstrators to see all the great things you can do with Stampin'Up! products.  I became a demonstrator years ago because I fell in love with the products.  I hope to share that love of stamping with all of you.
